Kalinchowk; a little visited wonder


Kalinchowk , at the height of 3790 meters, from this place one can get a breathtaking panoramic view  of Annapurna, Lamjung, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Shisha Panga, Langtang, Dorjee Lakpa, Jugal Himal, Amabamori, Gauri Shanker and Namburi Himal. At the top of the rocky spire of Kalinchowk there is prominent temple of the Hindus called the Kalinchowk Bhagawati (Kali) temple.

A five to nine (depends on your walk) hours walk from the Charikot; bears an incredible beauty that one must see during the life time. The places like Deurali, Chautri, Gairi and Kuri comes on the way to Kalinchowk.
