Hike to Champadevi

Here are the pictures of Champadevi hiking done on 8th June, 2012.

Early in the morning we (Surya Sunwar, Amit Pyakurel and I) took bus from old bus park, Kathmandu and about an hour we reached to Pahiro, a plae in Pharping which is about 17 kilometers south of Kathmandu and lies on the way to Dakshinkali Temple. As we begin to hike the trail heads north along the pine forested ridge and HattiBan Resort about an hour, then the trail makes around bond towards south and takes another 3 hour’s walk to reach Champadevi. The views of Himalayan ranges, Kathmandu valley and green hills were really magnificent. After enjoying the splendid view, we come down following the another route which directly links to Taudaha  for about 2 hour and take bus back to Kathmandu.
